Helpful staff, English spoken, beautiful hotel, great view, quiet area, good breakfast.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The staff was friendly and very helpful; included breakfast was good and they will makes eggs on request.

Room was very small, carpet and bedspread stained, shower was absolutely tiny with a plastic curtain that couldn't be kept away from your body (a shower that small has to have glass walls), view of neighbors junkyard was depressing, why is there a toilet decorating the courtyard?

Our accommodations had an impressive view of the city and sea, and the staff were courteous throughout our stay. Although the hotel was located in a non-descript area, it was situated near the ex-carcel cultural park, which was a great spot to explore. The hotel breakfast was decent, and the room itself was well-furnished and spotless, it had a private en-suite bathroom and cozy bedding to enjoy a comfortable stay.

The hotel seemed to lack proper fire safety features, making our stay a bit unnerving.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Ultramar. The room was spacious with incredible views of the city, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the main tourist neighborhoods, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep.
